No worries. Email us tikirewards@tikiming.com  Send a copy of your receipt along with your TIKI Rewards card number and let us know what email you used to register, and we will add your purchase to your rewards balance.

TIKI REWARDs are non-transferable, but you can treat your friend to lunch. Every purchase adds up to rewards and more! 

Once your purchases ADD UP to $75 you’ll receive a $4 reward

Be sure you REGISTER your card online and create a profile so that you can watch your purchases add up

Your Welcome Reward is valid for 30 days from the day you REGISTER your card online and create a profile.  

DON’T MISS OUT – OPT-IN for email communications to be notified of your Welcome Reward!  

Your Birthday Bonus is valid for 30 days from your birthdate.

Your purchase total will be printed on your store receipt, or you can SIGN IN to your account and click Check Balance.

Great question – please email us at tikirewards@tikiming.com and let us know if you wish to keep the physical or digital card, the numbers for both cards along with the email that you used to register and we will update your account.

For the Rewards Program to work effectively there should be only one card per person, one account registered per person and one email registered per person. 

 Yes, it is possible to adjust your account balance once your account has been verified and a receipt is provided within 30 days of your purchase, along with Rewards member card number.
